Keystone Maintenance will clean up the mess from long-term bird access to the interior of your facility. Bird access results in serious building contamination due to the buildup of bird droppings, which can then lead to a number of other potentially serious problems such as disease transmission and the presence of secondary pests (insects and mites live as scavengers on nesting materials or droppings and external parasites on birds). Additionally, bird dropping deposits produce a foul, pungent odor, especially when wet. As these deposits can be many inches to several feet thick, the potential exists for extremely serious odor problems.

Our technicians will gather, bag and remove the droppings, debris and nesting materials then perform a thorough area clean-up for each defined issue. Pigeon droppings have a high acid content and while most areas can be restored, some areas will be permanently stained from the droppings and will require additional restorative measures. We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning materials that won't harm your location or personnel.
